holds - get as much blood into your penis and grab your thing around the base and squeeze and watch the head swell up. jelqing - make an American A-OK sign with the thumb and forefinger of each hand and place it around the semi-erect penis and with lubrication. move your fingers from the base of the penis to just behind the head of the penis. with this exercise, the skin should not move with the grip of your hand, your hand should slide over the skin. alternate hands with each repetition. if you feel an erection comming on, quit for a while until the feeling and erection goes away, then continue with the exercise. start out at about 15 min's and work up to an hour or more. kegels - the PC muscles is the muscle that encurcles the tube just as it comes out of the prostate. to find it, put your fingetr half way between your rectum and your scotum and press as far as you can. when you are flexing it, you will feel it press against your fingertip. do this exercise as often as you can. count for 2 - 3 sec.'s and relax , and repeat. start out slow and work your way up. also, hold it for as long as you can, start out with a count of 5 sec's and gradually hold it for longer and longer peronds of time. when your testicles are hanging low in your scotum, you will see the testicles moving up and down when you are preforming this exercise. ;-) squeezes - 1. chord off around the base of your penis and kegel as much blood as you can into the ole penis. then with the other hand in a couple of places, squeeze with another A-OK grip in at least 2 - 3 different places up and down the ole penis. 2. get as much blood into your penis and get an ok grip around the base of your penis and with the other hand make an ok grip and and your penis and use and OK grip at the base of your penis to hold as much blood. as possible. then, take the other hand with another OK grip and just behind the head of your penis, cord off again to trap blood between your two hands. squeeze your two hands togather in accordian style squeezing your penis togather. when the veins and vessels start to swell up, stop compressing for a few seconds. hold for as long as you possible can. this is your technique on the squeese technique. ;-) thumb pulls - Pull out just below the head of your tool and with them thumb bent at 90 deg. stretch on the middle of your member to make the head point toward you. pull and stretch med. to hard. here is a link to a yahoo group with plenty of videos and instructions. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/jelqers/ my favorite mosturizer is a store brand vaseline intensive care lotion. less expensive and works just as well as the KY jelly, or better cause it costs less. o_o |
