holds - get as much blood into your penis and grab your thing around the base and squeeze and watch the head swell up.
jelqing - make an American A-OK sign with the thumb and forefinger of each hand and place it around the semi-erect penis and with lubrication. move your fingers from the base of the penis to just behind the head of the penis. with this exercise, the skin should not move with the grip of your hand, your hand should slide over the skin. alternate hands with each repetition. if you feel an erection comming on, quit for a while until the feeling and erection goes away, then continue with the exercise. start out at about 15 min's and work up to an hour or more.
kegels - the PC muscles is the muscle that encurcles the tube just as it comes out of the prostate. to find it, put your fingetr half way between your rectum and your scotum and press as far as you can. when you are flexing it, you will feel it press against your fingertip. do this exercise as often as you can. count for 2 - 3 sec.'s and relax , and repeat. start out slow and work your way up. also, hold it for as long as you can, start out with a count of 5 sec's and gradually hold it for longer and longer peronds of time. when your testicles are hanging low in your scotum, you will see the testicles moving up and down when you are preforming this exercise. ;-)
squeezes - 1. chord off around the base of your penis and kegel as much blood as you can into the ole penis. then with the other hand in a couple of places, squeeze with another A-OK grip in at least 2 - 3 different places up and down the ole penis. 2. get as much blood into your penis and get an ok grip around the base of your penis and with the other hand make an ok grip and and your penis and use and OK grip at the base of your penis to hold as much blood. as possible. then, take the other hand with another OK grip and just behind the head of your penis, cord off again to trap blood between your two hands. squeeze your two hands togather in accordian style squeezing your penis togather. when the veins and vessels start to swell up, stop compressing for a few seconds. hold for as long as you possible can. this is your technique on the squeese technique. ;-)
thumb pulls - Pull out just below the head of your tool and with them thumb bent at 90 deg. stretch on the middle of your member to make the head point toward you. pull and stretch med. to hard. here is a link to a yahoo group with plenty of videos and instructions. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/jelqers/
my favorite mosturizer is a store brand vaseline intensive care lotion. less expensive and works just as well as the KY jelly, or better cause it costs less. o_o

ok, also do some wet jelqs and some stretches along with your dry
jelqs and stretches.
dry jelqs work on girth
wet jelqs work on leng.
stretches work on leng.
these are the only three exercises that i do nowfor the ole pecker.
;-)
on stretches, get a good feel on the pull on the oleligs holding the
ole pecker to the pelvis, hip bone.
on the jelqs, just use a medium to a lil less thanmedium pressure
on the ole pecker. if u see n e red spots, stop till the spots go
away about 1 week to ten days. take it EASY!!!!
Warm Ups 5 min's
(Rolly Polly's or, Squeeze rolls, and hot wraps.)

Stretches 5 min's
My routine:
warm up - 5 min.
stretches - 5 min
kegel till i get enough blood in there.
dry jelqs - 10 min.
wet jelqs - 20 min.
squeezes - 5 min.
holds - 5 min.
stretches - 5 min.
warm down - 5 min.
TECHNIQUE 1
1 - When your penis becomes SEMI-ERECT, make the American "A-OK" sign with the thumb and forefinger of your left hand. With this hand, grip tightly around the base of your penis.
2 - Now starting from the base, pull the penis gently but firmly. Stretch downward and outward. You should still be in a semi-erect state. Make sure to touch the penis all the way from the base to the head. Note that the head of your penis expands with blood.
3 - Switch to the right hand and do the same thing, starting from the base and stretching downward to the head. Alternate both hands in a smooth rhythmic ("milking") motion, touching upon every part of the penis except the very top part of the penis head.
Do 200-300 strokes/day at medium strength for the first week. (10 minutes)
Do 300-500 strokes/day at medium-full strength for the next week. (15 minutes)
Do 500 or more strokes/day from then on, and as strong as you can make them. (20 minutes)
If you find yourself getting an erection during this exercise, squeeze harder to discourage it or simply wait until it subsides. You can encourage circulation afterward by slapping your penis up and down 25 - 50 times. Perform this exercise 5 days a week. Remember to keep your penis only partially erect. If you feel ejaculation coming on, pause milking until the urge subsides. This is itself an exercise... one of self-control.
TECHNIQUE 2
1 - Apply lubrication to the flaccid penis from the hilt to the head.
2 - Using only the thumb and forefinger, stretch the penis downward and slightly outward. Be gentle, but firm.
3 - Alternate hands, one then the other, in a "milking action".
4 - Keep performing gently until a certain amount of swelling develops, then perform the action a bit more firmly and forcibly.
5 - Repeat this action 100 times.
For the first ten days, take it relatively easy. Gradually though, you should be performing 200 repetitions. These exercises are the same for both circumcised and uncircumcised men. It will be noticed that the head (or glans) becomes extremely red and that it will swell considerably. This is normal and good, and is due to the forcing of blood to that area.
TECHNIQUE THREE
This is the "Dry" version of Jelqing. Similar to Techniques 1 and 2, but without the lubrication.
In "dry" milking, you squeeze and pull the skin, but you don't slide your fingers over the skin. As the penis becomes too large to cover in one stroke, work on the base and middle of the shaft separately.
Some guys like to milk "dry" in the morning before getting out of bed (when testosterone levels are the highest.) If you find your penis is getting sore, take a day off.
TECHNIQUE FOUR
Apply lubrication to your penis, rubbing all over. With your penis in a 1/2 state of erection, rub a little more Vaseline into your palms. Take your left hand and make an "ok" symbol with your thumb and forefinger. Then take your thumb and forefinger and grip tightly around the base of your penis. Keeping a tight grip, slide your hand down to the head of your penis, pulling as you go (the head of your penis expands as you do this). Repeat with your right hand, and continue over and over, one hand then the other. Keep this movement going at a medium to fast pace.
For the first week or so, only jelq 100-200 repetitions (about 10 minutes). After the first week, try to work up to 20 minutes each day. Remember to keep your penis only partially erect. If you feel ejaculation coming on, pause until the urge subsides.
TECHNIQUE FIVE
This is also know an the Tao technique. This works for men who want a bigger "mushroom" head on their penis. It's essentially the same as Technique One, except performed slower and more gently.
Use your fingers to push the blood up to your penis head and create some sustained pressure. Hold that position momentarily (approximately 10 seconds.). This will expand the capacity of your head to take in more blood, in the end creating a bell or mushroom shape. You can also squeeze the shaft to make the blood engorge in the head. Once it's hard, you can release the squeeze. Repeat as many times as you wish (but don't exceed 10 minutes).

I do the same thing 5 days a week. Mon-Fri, having Sat and Sun as rest days.
Dry Jelqs for 10 minutes.
Wet Jelqs for 30 minutes. (Vaseline)
Stretching for the last 10 minutes.
I do all my kegels while at work or while having sex. Probably do about 250 a day.

and a few other excercies I've sort of customized.
I think a really good way to gain fast is to do a variety or excercises, frequently, but not to strain yourself. I think when you over do it, it puts your progress back by at least a week, which isn't good.
"HOT" wrop penis and testicles, 10 minutes. I love the way the heat stimulates my testicles, it seems to prep me for the task at hand.
Monday: 1 hour of jelqing using strokes 1 and 2 (listed below), hot shower in lieu of hot wrap
Tuesday: 1.5 hours of hanging (20 min on, 10 off), 30-45 minutes jelq, hot shower in lieu of hot wrap
Wed: same as monday
Thursday: same as tuesday
Friday: same as monday except some hang time added in the evening
Saturday: OFF (complete rest day)
Sunday: Hanging, however long I have time to do it
And I throw in sets of Ulis just about every day.
This puts me with 5 jelq days and 4 hanging days a week, with one day of nothing but rest.
Jelq stroke #1: standard OK, usually thumb, index, and middle fingers, alternating hands with each stroke. I prefer the longer more powerful strokes to the faster ones.
Jelq stroke #2:
Perhaps some of you have tried this. If not, I suggest you try it. While you are partially erect, after you have been jelqing for a few minutes and your member is limber (ooo I made a rhymie!!!) do a strong kegel and grab your shaft at the base with your left hand using the standard OK grip, You can keep kegeling then holding the squeeze on the base until you have your desired level of engorgement. It's like having your penis at it's erect size, but having it be more flexible, not truly erect as in the Uli#3. You may want to pull the left hand (the one holding the base) forward a bit to engorge the rest of the penis more.
Then milk your member forward using your right hand, and keep going with your right hand while clamping down with your left hand. My head becomes HUGE after doing this
exercise. I usually do it when I start to lose suffecient engorgement due to fatigue. When I finish my flaccid flopper is much bigger (for now it's temporary, hopefully later permanent gains will occur) than with regular jelq alone. You just have to be carefut not to milk TOO hard.
